What We're Looking For

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 10+ years post-qualification experience
  • Experience scaling a high-growth business, ideally in agriculture, social enterprise, or subscription models
  • Strong understanding of B Corp and mission-driven business metrics
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate numbers into narrative
  • Passion for sustainability and community-building
