Lead our financial strategy as we scale from 20 to 1000 sites globally. You'll be the financial backbone of the No Dig Revolution, ensuring sustainable growth while staying true to our mission.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 10+ years post-qualification experience
- Experience scaling a high-growth business, ideally in agriculture, social enterprise, or subscription models
- Strong understanding of B Corp and mission-driven business metrics
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate numbers into narrative
- Passion for sustainability and community-building
