With over 30 years of expertise in compliance, auditing, health and safety, and training, we assist organisations in establishing robust practices that align with the highest standards. We currently hold a ten-year contract in Yorkshire to deliver our unique program KeyChain.
This is a Freelance Facilitator role and will operate for 2.5 days each month in a justice setting, based in Yorkshire with the flexibility to work remotely for certain tasks. The Facilitator will be responsible for planning and delivering training sessions, and activities tailored to clients’ compliance and development needs. Additional responsibilities include conducting evaluations to measure training effectiveness, preparing training materials, and ensuring the content aligns with contractual KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Experience delivering training, workshops, or educational programs
- Strong communication, facilitation, and public speaking skills
- Knowledge of justice and prison sector
- Ability to conduct evaluations and measure the effectiveness of training programs
- Proficiency in preparing training materials
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience working within a prison setting
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in training, desistence, behavioural change and mindset would be beneficial.
