Support and maintain IT infrastructure, servers, backups, networks, switches, firewalls and end-user devices.
Provide Microsoft 365, Windows and general IT support to office-based and remote users.
Manage and support software installations, upgrades, network devices, databases and system reporting.
Work with UK and international teams while supporting cyber security best practices and continuous IT improvement.
