Job Description

  • Operate Pivot Steer/Bendi (Narrow Aisle) and Counterbalance trucks to move stock safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
  • Load and unload vehicles, complete stock movements and support shipping and receiving activities.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure all warehouse documentation is completed correctly.
  • Provide flexible cover across multiple sites and shift patterns to support holidays and business requirements.

Compensation

  • Pay rate of £13.57 per hour.
  • Shift allowance paid depending on the shift pattern worked.
  • Overtime paid at 1.3x the standard hourly rate.
  • Flexible hours and rotating shifts based on operational needs.

Skills

  • Valid Counterbalance forklift licence is essential; Pivot Steer/Narrow Aisle truck licence is highly desirable.
  • Previous warehouse experience with knowledge of stock control, shipping and receiving processes.
  • Ability to carry out manual handling and heavy lifting safely.
