The Freight & Shipping Coordinator will be at the heart of executing FOB and CIF contracts, expertly managing the chartering of coasters, and ensuring every shipment arrives seamlessly and on schedule.
With at least 5 years of proven experience in Execution & Logistics within bulk commodities, and a solid understanding of GAFTA and FOSFA contracts and their terms, you\’ll be part of a skilled, collaborative team that thrives on precision, timing, and global impact.

Key responsibilities ? Freight & Shipping Coordinator Handle day to day tasks predominantly related to the execution of shipments and contracts on the basis of FOB/C&F/CIF parity Handle the international flows of feedstuffs commodities.
Support the Shipping Manager in driving execution excellence within the team by developing reporting tools, cost overviews, training tools together and joining projects as and when required Assist colleagues working in the same field and provide support and training as and when required Support with the month end closing process in the areas of operations assigned to you with the aim to provide accurate numbers for month-end estimates Become a key contact for the feedstuffs trading team to ensure close cooperation and to provide support and feedback in operational, logistical and contractual matters.
Personal specification ? Freight & Shipping Manager At least 5 years\’ experience in the field of Execution & Logistics in bulk commodities Knowledge in GAFTA and FOSFA contracts and its terms and conditions Deep understanding of Charterparties such as NORGRAIN and GRAINVOY and its terms and conditions Literacy ? good English required, both spoken and written Sound knowledge in software applications such as Microsoft Office and bespoke systems Structured, analytical and accurate way of working Sound communications skills as well as strong ability to work in a team Strong ability to transfer knowledge Highly motivated GCSE level 7 or above in English and Maths.d02fcfcb-6df4-40ee-95cf-3eb059ce3173
