ADMINISTRATOR HEMSWELL TEMP ? ONGOING £13 P.H. MON ? FRI 08:30 ? 1700 (one hour lunch) Are you an experienced administrator looking for an opportunity to join a great team, working in state of the art offices? Your main responsibilities will be administrating ex-store, ex-mill and delivered contracts for a leading Agricultural Merchant in the UK. You will be required to assist with customer requests and support with stock taking, therefore exceptional customer service skills are a pre-requisite of the role. Main Responsibilities: To administer ex-store, ex-mill and delivered contracts To assist with customer enquiries and requests To issue sales and delivery invoices To enter collections and other stock transactions onto bespoke IT systems Recording of storage rent invoices and purchase invoices. Stock reconciliations Supporting the accounts team with duties allocated by Line Manager. Covering other team members and assisting in their duties Skills, Abilities & Experience: Experience in an office/commercial environment Educated to A\’ Level standard or equivalent standard. English language Proficient in Microsoft Office. Intermediate level in Word and Excel. Accurate data entry skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Team player, with the ability to build relationships Reliable and has the ability to manage own workload Good problem solving skills TPBN1_UKTJ
