The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

This is a new role which will help grow our customer base as well as raise our brand awareness and perception. Over the last year we have evolved our brand, invested in our new business machine and have had success in not only increasing our turnover from net new logos, but also expanded the services we offer. This role will make a real difference in taking our customer acquisition to the next level.

You will understand digital and social marketing, being well versed in tools such as Hubspot as well as having your finger on the pulse with the latest B2B trends in social marketing, and how to ensure we have engagement as well as increased audiences and followers. You will be able to produce content, be a good writer and have a keen eye for details and ensure that we reflect the Rooster Punk brand in all we do. Quality matters to us, and we believe in living and enhancing the brand with everything we do – from research to a social post, to coming up with an award-winning idea. It’s about making sure we deliver the type and standard of work that is right for Rooster Punk.

Description of the goals of the role:

  • Building and executing a marketing strategy to increase inbound sales leads for our 3 ICPs.
  • Utilise Hubspot and other tools to create nurture journeys to engage in customer acquisition activity and bring in net new meetings which convert to £1m+ net new GP.
  • Develop our sales collateral to ensure we have content to help convert opportunities.
  • Create and write relevant and engaging content.
  • Oversee social media, creating content which reflects the brand and challenges of the audience to increase engagement.
  • Drive brand awareness with our new brand we launched last year and help evolve the website to the next phase, including SEO and GEO maintenance to ensure it appeals to our target audience and gives them the information needed.
  • Being able to add value-giving ideas and opinions – we believe the best ideas can come from anywhere!
  • Being able to work with a degree of autonomy.

Day to Day Role and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver internal marketing activity including campaigns, events, content, and social.
  • Nurture journey set up and reporting.
  • Hubspot management and monitoring.
  • Rooster Punk social content planning and execution.
  • Good understanding of paid media, intent data and analysis and search to help generate leads.
  • Social listening data and analysis for client intelligence and Rooster Punk marketing activity.
  • SEO/GEO management on Rooster Punk websites and support with search analysis for client projects.

  • Understanding of social media.
  • Experience in Hubspot, Google Analytics, SEO, GEO, and website content management.
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills/reporting.
