Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Otterbourne, Hampshire. The primary responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, assisting with service scheduling, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining excellent communication between customers and the service team. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
