Operations Manager: Roost Coffee House - Soham, Cambridgeshire £35,000–£40,000 per annum | 40 hours per week | Full-time Start date: Mid-October 2026 This is an opportunity to join Roost at a really exciting point in our journey. We're opening our second Roost Coffee House in Soham this November, and it's going to be a big step forward for the business. Our new site will be around five times the size of our existing coffee house, with approximately 60 covers and a bigger food offering spanning breakfast, brunch and lunch, alongside the pastries, cakes, bakes and toasted sandwiches our customers already love. The new coffee house will be located within Scampers Pets , part of the national Pets Corner group, which has around 160 stores across the UK. And we're looking for an Operations Manager to help us make it happen.
