At Rooost, we provide high-quality workforce accommodation for businesses with travelling teams. We make it simple, reliable, and tailored, taking the stress out of housing a mobile workforce.

We're a positive, fast-growing company where people genuinely care about doing great work and supporting each other. We're building something special, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

For people working in construction and on travelling projects, life often means weeks away from home, long shifts, and nights spent somewhere that doesn't really feel like anywhere at all. Where you stay at the end of a hard day matters, far more than people tend to admit.

The construction industry carries some of the most serious mental health challenges of any sector, and isolation, exhaustion and poor living conditions only make that harder. We started Rooost because we believe a good place to stay is part of the answer: somewhere to properly rest, switch off, and feel human while away from family and friends.

That's why we care so much about quality and comfort. Every booking we get right means someone sleeping better, recovering properly, and going home in better shape than they arrived. It's a small thing that makes a big difference, and it's the reason we do what we do.

We're hiring an Account Manager to win and grow client accounts and keep our bookings running smoothly from start to finish. Above all, this is a role for a brilliant organiser. You'll be the person holding every moving part together, juggling multiple bookings, deadlines, clients and details at once, and making sure nothing ever slips through the cracks.

Around that sit relationship management, closing, problem-solving and logistics, making this ideal for someone who builds trust quickly, enjoys turning interest into confirmed bookings, and takes real pride in a job well organised. To be clear: this isn't a cold-sales role. You won't be cold calling or doing outbound prospecting; enquiries come to us. Your job is to convert warm, inbound interest into confirmed bookings, look after clients brilliantly, and stay on top of every detail across the accounts you manage.

We need someone with strong organisational and closing instincts and a genuine care for service, not a typical hard-sell salesperson. You'll also have a sharp eye for quality, making sure every property we offer meets the standard our clients expect.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Keeping multiple bookings, deadlines and details organised and on track at all times, acting as the calm centre that holds it all together
  • Converting warm enquiries into confirmed bookings, owning each opportunity from first contact to close
  • Managing client accounts day-to-day, building strong relationships and growing repeat business
  • Handling accommodation requests and delivering well-matched options quickly
  • Assessing and selecting quality accommodation, using a keen eye to ensure properties meet our standards
  • Negotiating rates and terms that work for both clients and Rooost
  • Coordinating check-ins, guest support, and smooth ongoing stays
  • Handling maintenance and issues efficiently, and keeping clients updated
  • Driving client retention and account growth through proactive, high-quality service

What Success Looks Like

  • Every booking organised, tracked and delivered without a detail missed
  • Strong booking conversion and consistently hitting targets
  • Accounts that grow in value over time
  • Fast response times and smooth booking delivery
  • High customer and guest satisfaction
  • A reliably high standard of accommodation across every booking
  • Clients feel looked after, supported, and confident using Rooost

What We're Looking For

  • A people person who cares about delivering a great experience
  • Exceptionally organised: you keep multiple bookings, deadlines and details in order, and nothing slips through the cracks
  • Friendly, persuasive communicator (phone + email)
  • Calm problem solver who takes ownership and gets things done
  • Strong attention to detail (accuracy matters in this role)
  • A good eye for quality accommodation and an instinct for what 'good' looks like
  • Commercially minded, comfortable with rates, margins, and negotiation
  • Experience in account management, operations, travel, hospitality or accommodation is a bonus (but not essential)
  • A confident closer who's comfortable asking for the business and getting deals over the line (with warm, inbound enquiries, so no cold outreach required)
  • Hybrid (Minimum of 3 days per week in office)

What We Offer

  • A workspace that's a genuine joy to be in, far from a typical office. We're based in a vibrant co-working space with its own café, restaurant and bar, buzzing with energy and great people.
  • A supportive team who celebrates wins and backs each other
  • Training and development to help you grow in areas that matter to you
  • Various bonus
  • Quarterly team events where everyone has a say
  • A role in a company with strong year-on-year growth and real opportunity to progress

Compensation & Perks

  • Base Salary: Competitive £32,500 + commission
  • Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses tied to campaign success and brand growth
  • Perks (your choice):
    • Gym and wellness package
    • Organised home cleaning service
    • Extra holiday days
    • Holiday gift programme
    • Private healthcare
  • OTE of £50,000-£70,000
