At Rooost, we provide high-quality workforce accommodation for businesses with travelling teams. We make it simple, reliable, and tailored, taking the stress out of housing a mobile workforce.
We’re a positive, fast-growing company where people genuinely care about doing great work and supporting each other. We’re building something special, and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us.
For people working in construction and on travelling projects, life often means weeks away from home, long shifts, and nights spent somewhere that doesn’t really feel like anywhere at all. The construction industry carries some of the most serious mental health challenges of any sector, and isolation, exhaustion and poor living conditions only make that harder. That’s why we care so much about quality and comfort.
We’re hiring an Account Manager to win and grow client accounts and keep our bookings running smoothly from start to finish. Around that sit relationship management, closing, problem-solving and logistics, making this ideal for someone who builds trust quickly, enjoys turning interest into confirmed bookings, and takes real pride in a job well organised.
Your job is to convert warm, inbound interest into confirmed bookings, look after clients brilliantly, and stay on top of every detail across the accounts you manage. We need someone with strong organisational and closing instincts and a genuine care for service, not a typical hard-sell salesperson.
You’ll also have a sharp eye for quality, making sure every property we offer meets the standard our clients expect.
- Managing client accounts day-to-day, building strong relationships and growing repeat business
- Handling accommodation requests and delivering well-matched options quickly
- Assessing and selecting quality accommodation, using a keen eye to ensure properties meet our standards
- Coordinating check-ins, guest support, and smooth ongoing stays
- Driving client retention and account growth through proactive, high-quality service
Accounts that grow in value over time, a reliably high standard of accommodation across every booking, and clients feel looked after, supported, and confident using Rooost.
Requirements:
- Friendly, persuasive communicator (phone + email)
- A good eye for quality accommodation and an instinct for what “good” looks like
- Experience in account management, operations, travel, hospitality or accommodation is a bonus (but not essential)
- A confident closer who’s comfortable asking for the business and getting deals over the line (with warm, inbound enquiries, so no cold outreach required)
- Hybrid (Minimum of 3 days per week in office)
Compensation & Perks:
- Performance-based bonuses tied to campaign success and brand growth
- Organised home cleaning service
- Extra holiday days
- Holiday gift programme
- Private healthcare
Collaboration counts – we’re all here to help each other succeed. Growth is personal – we’ll support you to thrive in ways that matter to you.
If you bring the drive, the organisation and the care for customers, we’ll provide the environment and support for you to thrive.
