We have been operating for eight years, starting with just two members of staff, and have grown year-on-year. Since our inception, we have maintained 100% staff retention, reflecting the supportive and positive environment we have built.
Our work covers the full spectrum of family law, including divorce, financial provision, separation agreements, pre-nuptial and cohabitation agreements, cohabitation claims, child law, adoption, and Court of Session litigation.
We are a modern, paper-light practice using LEAP as our cloud-based case management system, and we offer remote consultations via video call platforms or telephone. We pride ourselves on being accessible, flexible, and forward-thinking in our approach to client service.
Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Family Law Solicitor to join our expanding team. This is a full-time position (part-time will be considered) with hybrid working arrangements. The role combines the flexibility of working from home with in-person commitments, including court appearances and client meetings. Location is not restricted to our Uddingston office, although some travel within Scotland will be required.
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload, including divorce, financial provision, separation agreements, cohabitation claims, and child law. You will provide robust, strategic advice; draft and negotiate agreements; represent clients in Sheriff Court and Court of Session proceedings; and build and maintain strong client relationships.
We are looking for a solicitor who can think beyond the conventional, is willing to challenge the status quo, and is driven to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
Qualifications

- Strong track record in handling complex financial provision and child law matters.

- Bonus incentives linked to performance.
- Hybrid working model with flexibility.
- Exposure to varied and high-quality family law work, including Court of Session cases.
- Opportunities for career development within a growing, modern practice.
- Supportive working culture with 100% staff retention since the firm was founded.
