As a growing startup, we work with a small, focused volunteer team and value people who are practical, reliable, and comfortable working in evolving environments.

Role Purpose

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Volunteer Community & Growth Lead to own and drive RoomReview\’s community growth and visibility.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building communities from the ground up, coordinating people, and turning outreach ideas into real traction.

You will be responsible for managing community outreach efforts, overseeing content and social activity, and ensuring everything is aligned with our growth goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the overall community growth and visibility strategy for RoomReview.
  • Manage and coordinate Outreach / Ambassador Volunteers, SMM Manager, and SEO Content Writer.
  • Own and manage RoomReview\’s LinkedIn presence, including planning and publishing posts.
  • Define outreach priorities and ensure alignment with growth goals.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across outreach, content, and social media.
  • Track progress, results, and blockers and report to the COO.

Skills & Qualities

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Comfortable managing volunteers and working in a fast-changing startup environment.
  • Confident writing and publishing professional LinkedIn content.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Interest in community building, social impact, or housing-related topics is a strong plus.
