We’re looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our sales team. This role is hands-on, outbound-led, and focused on selling to small and medium-sized hospitality businesses. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close. This role suits someone who loves the chase, knows how to run a structured sales process, and closes with confidence.
What you'll do:
- Own the full sales cycle for SMB prospects, from first contact to signed deal
- Drive outbound activity through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and creative prospecting
- Run high-quality discovery calls and tailored product demos
- Qualify opportunities using clear deal criteria and next steps
- Close new business consistently against monthly and quarterly targets
- Work with Customer Success to ensure smooth handovers and long-term value
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in CRM
- Share feedback from the field to improve messaging, positioning, and product
What you bring:
- Proven experience in SMB outbound sales, ideally in SaaS
- Strong closing skills and a track record of hitting or exceeding targets
- Confidence running demos and commercial conversations
- Experience selling to hospitality businesses is a big plus
- Comfort speaking to owners, GMs, and decision-makers
- Structured, disciplined approach to pipeline and deal management
- High energy, resilience, and ownership mentality
- Fluent English required
