Your Role
We’re looking for a passionate Business Development Manager to be the face of RoomPriceGenie in Germany. Your mission is to drive business growth by building strong relationships with partners, hotel groups, and hospitality associations, increasing brand awareness, and generating leads through collaborations with hotel tech companies and key industry players.
- Represent RoomPriceGenie across Germany with confidence and professionalism.
- Network to grow the brand, create new leads, and expand our presence.
- Collaborate closely with the Go‑To‑Market team, aligning strategies with SDRs, Sales and Revenue Managers.
- Partner with Marketing and Partnerships to create impactful campaigns and forge strong industry relationships.
- Own customer success, use the CRM to track performance and identify automation opportunities.
- Contribute ideas and creativity to shape the future of RoomPriceGenie.
- Embrace ambitious targets and enjoy the satisfaction of driving growth.
Your Profile
- Strong network in hotel tech and hospitality within Germany.
- Proficiency: C2 German, fluent English.
- Based in Germany.
- Hands‑on experience in both the hotel industry and hotel technology.
- Preferably a degree in business or hospitality, though practical experience is valued.
- Enthusiastic, driven, eager to learn, and always looking to grow.
- Exceptional communication skills for building relationships.
- Target‑driven and results‑oriented.
Nice to Have
- Swiss German and French language skills.
