Roommaster (InnQuest) Software is seeking a highly motivated, results‑driven Sales Executive to grow net‑new business across independent hotels and lodging properties. This role is critical for expanding our footprint in the hospitality industry by winning new customers—especially standalone properties and smaller portfolios outside large management groups.
We look for a proven closer with a strong hunter mentality, exceptional organisational skills, and a high sense of urgency. You will proactively identify, engage, demo, and convert hotel prospects through outbound effort, relationship‑building, and consultative strategy.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Source and close net‑new hotel and lodging clients through targeted outbound outreach, cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn prospecting
- Conduct discovery calls and deliver engaging product demos tailored to individual property needs
- Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to proposal to close—with a focus on new logo acquisition and ARR growth
- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of independent property prospects and accurately forecast revenue performance
- Ensure each opportunity aligns with Roommaster’s product capabilities and long‑term strategic direction
- Work cross‑functionally with Product, Implementation, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and product fit
- Provide valuable field insights to shape go‑to‑market strategy, messaging, and product development
- Represent Roommaster at relevant hospitality trade shows, industry events, and virtual conferences
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas, including new logos, demo conversions, and ARR targets
- Track all sales activities in Salesforce or equivalent CRM tools
- Maintain high daily activity (calls, emails, meetings) consistent with BDR standards and best practices
- Regularly refine outreach strategies to improve lead conversion and shorten sales cycles
About You
- 3+ years of full‑cycle sales experience, ideally in hospitality software, SaaS, or property technology
- Proven success in cold prospecting, outbound sales, and consistent performance target achievement
- Experience demoing software solutions to independent decision‑makers with strong storytelling and consultative sales skills
- Ability to sell to independent hotels, motels, inns, and boutique properties outside large groups
- Self‑starter with exceptional organisational, time‑management, and follow‑through skills
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset, able to work cross‑functionally in a remote‑first environment
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal, essential
- Professional French, both written and verbal, highly advantageous
- Legally authorised to work in the UK
