Sales consultant, full and part time

Location: Upminster, Showroom

Hours: 21 to 35 hours per week, negotiable across 3 - 5 days, flexible working hours between 09.30hrs and 17.00hrs, to include weekends

Contract: Permanent, with standard pension and benefits

Salary: Competitive basic + team bonus OTE £35k - £40k

Role Overview: We are looking for a part-time Sales Consultant to join our team. Along with your colleagues, you will be helping to deliver on our purpose "to inspire and help our customers create beautiful homes that they love" as well as our mission "To earn a lifetime of loyalty from our customers, their friends & family, together with the friends that we have yet to meet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship building and partnering with our customers to help them find their dream furniture solutions.

  • Always be offering that Very Important Customer experience - no ifs, no buts.
  • Understanding the world of design and style so you can help our customers make the right furniture choices for them.
  • Completing finance applications to check we’re offering the customer the right options.
