Our growing client based in Enfield is seeking a reliable and capable Warehouse & Logistics Operative to support the day-to-day operation of the warehouse and delivery function. This is a hands-on role combining warehouse duties and delivery driving with additional responsibility to step in for the Warehouse Manager during periods of leave. The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring orders are processed accurately, deliveries are planned efficiently, and customers receive a consistent, professional service. As part of a small, agile team, the role requires strong organisation, good people skills and the ability to take ownership when required. The role is a full-time temp to perm position working 7am-4pm, Monday-Friday. This role offers a salary of £30,000.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth and efficient running of warehouse operations
- Support timely and accurate delivery of products to customers
- Maintain effective use of order processing and stock systems
- Provide cover and leadership in the absence of the Warehouse Manager
- Carry out day-to-day warehouse duties including picking, packing, goods-in and stock organisation
- Support stock control, inventory accuracy and housekeeping standards
- Undertake customer deliveries in a professional and courteous manner
Key Skills:
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Confidence using warehouse systems, order processing software, and basic IT tools
- Ability to plan routes logically and efficiently
