Our client, a family-run business based near Ware, is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their energetic team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing company, ideal for someone with experience in a customer service environment. Our clients are committed to delivering the right product, on time, at the right price, while upholding their values: Putting the customer first, taking responsibility for outcomes, acting promptly and effectively, being proactive and innovative.
This successful candidate will be required to work onsite 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday. This role is offering a competitive salary of £26,000-£28,000 depending on experience. Due to the location of our client, own transport is required.
Role Involves:
- Provide an exceptional customer experience across multiple platforms
- Ensure all orders are processed daily
- Maintaining the customer database
- Explore customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Identify trends within the business to improve our overall customer experience
- Ensure that delivery is completed by the committed OTIF (On Time In Full) promise date.
