Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for Trainee to work as a Warehouse Operative our busy and well-established client based in Harlow. The role is a full-time temporary to permanent position working from 7.30am – 4.30pm (Monday – Friday) with a 45-minute break. This role offers an hourly rate of £12.21 per hour (FTE £26,190.45 per annum).

Duties include:

  • Carry or lift/manually load and unload
  • Checking/booking in
  • Planning/organising
  • Preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery or pick-up according to a schedule
  • Generating labels
  • Performing inventory controls through a computer
  • Operating a fork-truck ( not essential for the start )

Skills and Experience:

  • Accuracy and an eye for detail
  • Computer literacy/knowledge of common applications
  • Good communication/interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Physically fit – ability to lift heavy items
  • Fork-lift license( not essential )
