We are recruiting for a Support Administrator to join a well-established organisation based in Waltham Abbey. This role is key to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of administrative operations, supporting workflow coordination and maintaining accurate records.

You will be responsible for processing new information, managing documentation, updating internal systems and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time. The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities within set timeframes.

This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week, with flexibility for 30+ hours for the right candidate). Due to location, candidates will need their own transport. The role offers £13.45 per hour (£26,227.50 FTE).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately input and maintain data within internal systems
  • Process and organise documentation with a high level of accuracy
  • Update and maintain spreadsheets and records
  • Manage incoming correspondence and ensure timely distribution and action
  • Support document filing, scanning, and archiving processes
  • Monitor task lists and ensure deadlines are met
  • Provide administrative support across the wider team
  • Handle inbound queries and provide resolutions
  • Carry out general administrative duties as required
