We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Account Manager to work and be part of a very ambitious and forward-thinking UK Manufacturer, based in Hoddesdon. This is a full-time permanent position offering a competitive salary of £30,000-£45,000. The working hours are 7am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday but this may be negotiable.
This role requires:
- Processing of incoming sales enquiries
- Understanding technical information
- Overseeing designs
- Raising quotations and following quotations through to orders
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing sales quotations based on customer requirements, including understanding drawings/specifications
- Closing sales and supporting the sales team in hitting monthly targets
- Utilizing CRM system to log and follow up all quotations
- Providing world-class service in response times to quotes, queries and questions
- Forensic timely follow-up of quotes and opportunities to maximise every chance to grow sales
- Contacting existing, lapsed and new customers by phone or through online meetings daily
- Evaluating, tracking, maintaining, developing and growing spend of an existing group of customers and inbound sales leads to produce 20% minimum growth on your sales area
Requirements:
- Experience of working within a technical sales role
- Electrical experience desirable
- Prior sales success
