We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Stock Warehouse Coordinator to join our client’s operations team based in Harlow. Our client is a well-established, world-leading manufacturer and supplier with a strong global presence and a long-standing reputation for quality and innovation. They are seeking a proactive, hands-on individual who can work on their own initiative, take ownership of stock management and warehouse logistics, and maintain high operational standards.

Working within a small team, you will play a key role in ensuring warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently at all times. This is a full-time, permanent position working 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday-Friday and offers an attractive salary of £28,000-£30,000 DOE. Candidates must have strong warehousing and stock management experience and be able to work on their own initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing stock control processes including counting, inspection, labelling, and accurate storage
  • Overseeing warehouse logistics to ensure efficient flow of goods in and out of the facility
  • Taking ownership of rejected stock, including fault identification, documentation, and processing
  • Organising and optimising warehouse layout and storage systems for maximum efficiency
  • Conducting racking and site inspections to maintain safe storage practices
  • Restacking and organising pallets
