We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Account Manager to join our thriving, well-established organisation. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, offering a salary of £30,500 with an uncapped OTE of £5,000-£10,000 per year. The successful candidate will be responsible for covering the South-West area and should ideally be based near Bristol. A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
In addition to a competitive salary and commission structure, our client offers a range of benefits including a company car, fuel card, laptop and mobile phone, pension scheme and 24 days' annual holiday. Our client also provides incentives for exceeding performance targets, rewarding those who go above and beyond.
The primary objectives of the role are the retention of client base in the Southwest area, managing approx. 200 accounts to deliver the company standards alongside selling of new business to the smaller client base. New acquisition objectives will be achieved by using all available insight, knowledge and relationship building to identify and acquire new business. Retaining and growing revenue with existing accounts will be achieved through regular interaction and engagement to build strong and lasting business relationships.
This role will be supported by all other departments in the organisation to make sure you unlock all opportunities by presenting our clients' business and products in the most professional, compelling and innovative way that demonstrates ROI for clients.
Responsibilities- Retention of accounts in line with monthly targets
- Delivering outstanding customer service to maintain relationships
- Presenting all products where a business need has been identified, upselling where possible to achieve monthly ATV target
- Selling VI to existing accounts in line with annual target
- Providing support across the business to other teams (Sales, Customer service, Inspection, Mediation)
- Selling new business to the smaller client base, working with the National Account Manager to identify and sell proposition.
