Our client is recruiting a Head of Pre-Construction to work within their busy and growing team. The role is a full-time position working onsite in Hoddesdon from 7.30am – 4.30pm, Monday – Friday and offers a competitive salary depending on experience, plus excellent company benefits. You will be processing incoming project enquiries, liaising with the sales team and customers, understanding technical information, co-ordinating designs, technical submittals and providing completed quote for sales account managers to take forward Duties include: Managing the internal pre-construction team and overseeing the delivery of project enquiries. Initial development and refining of the whole pre-construction process including overseeing product data cleansing project Overall co-ordination of workflow from initial enquiry to ‘oven ready quote’ for sales account managers to take forward.
