We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, committed and highly motivated Teacher of Sociology to join a successful and supportive team on a maternity cover basis. This post provides an excellent opportunity for the appointed person to develop their career. They will be required to teach Sociology across KS3 and KS4, with the option of KS5, and all ability ranges.
Responsibilities
- Teach Sociology across KS3 and KS4, with the option of KS5.
- Promote Sociology positively among students.

- Support induction and new teacher support programme.
Qualifications
- Enthusiastic, committed, and highly motivated.
- Good conduct certificate if lived abroad and fulfil relevant requirements.
- Successful applicant will be subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check and registration with the update service.
