As a Retirement Living Officer, you will play a crucial role in delivering our supported housing management service. You will be responsible for managing tenancy processes, including referrals, offers, tenancy sign ups and terminations, while conducting void checks and new tenancy visits. You will support the wellbeing and independence of vulnerable customers through individual plans, group activities and signposting to specialist agencies as well as supporting our customers through the housing pathway into appropriate accommodation.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a compassionate, organised, and proactive individual with experience in a similar role, particularly working with older or vulnerable customers. Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to address problems and complaints promptly and efficiently. Experience in offering information and guidance is also important. You will need to be able to manage your workload effectively, work collaboratively, and have a customer-first approach.
