Rooflock is recruiting for a knowledgeable and confident Business Development Representative to join our Manchester-based team. This role suits someone with strong construction industry experience who enjoys speaking directly with specifiers and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Sales for North England region – liquid applied waterproofing and metal roof coating systems
- Carry out site visits and roof inspections, producing clear written reports
- Provide technical support as required
Role Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the construction industry
- Full UK driving licence (car and fuel provided)
- Comfortable speaking with customers by telephone and in person (not solely email or text)
- Able and willing to use safe means of access (ladders, scaffolding, lifts) to conduct roof surveys
