- Run day to day site operations on the roofing and cladding package of a major data centre development across a 12 month programme.
- Manage labour and subcontractors, keep works on programme and to specification, and own QA inspections and site records.
- Lead progress meetings, coordinate materials and design changes, and keep site, design and commercial teams aligned.
Requirements
- Site management experience on roofing or cladding packages, either discipline considered.
- Strong understanding of programmes, drawings, QA and site processes.
- Proven track record managing subcontractors and site teams on large scale new build projects.
