Trilogy Group is looking for 4–5 experienced subcontractor roofing gangs to join its growing re-roofing programme in Shard End, Birmingham (B34) . The company currently undertakes five properties a week, increasing to ten, with work expected to run until August 2027 and potentially beyond . There may also be opportunities for full-time in-house work in the future. Trilogy is looking for complete gangs of 2–4 people , available to start within the next few weeks to a month. What You’ll Need At least one member with a Blue Skilled Worker CSCS card in Roof Tiling . All other members must hold a Green Labourer CSCS card . Asbestos awareness, working at heights, manual handling and abrasive wheel certifications for every member. Free training links can be provided. Your own transport and roofing tools. Competence in fitting fascia, soffits and guttering. Willingness to carry out chimney maintenance, including repointing, replacing pots and re-flaunching. Willingness to learn GSE solar panel installation. Experience is preferred, but training can be provided. Experience across both pitched and flat roofing is helpful but not essential. Rates and Payment Three-layer flat roofing: £15 per m² , or £20 per m² with OSB . Roofline, chimney, solar and additional works paid at the rates in our labour schedule. Weekly payment, working one week in hand and paid the following Friday . Roof rates include verges and cutting to parapet walls and around solar panels.
