Overview
ADAM WALKER has joined Flex-R as the Area Sales Manager for the North of England and Scotland. Based in Newcastle, he brings 10 years of experience in selling roofing products and will report directly to Barry Shorrock, the Sales Director of the company. Adam began his role at the start of February and has completed an induction program.
Responsibilities
- Support the Flex-R Specialist Registered Installers across his region, and their merchant customers in Scotland.
- Introduce himself to Flex-R customers in the area and provide ongoing customer support.
- Develop long-term specification business by leveraging his market experience and contacts.
About Flex-R
Flex-R was founded in 2000 and is one of the UK’s largest suppliers of single ply membranes. The company supplies a range of flat roofing systems to roofing contractors and specialist roofing merchants.
- Product range includes RubberBond FleeceBack EPDM, manufactured by Carlisle-SynTec, and LQD-PUR Polyurethane Liquid waterproofing systems for contractors and ClassicBond EPDM systems for stocking merchants.
- The company has office, warehouse and training facilities in both High Wycombe and Huddersfield and a team of area sales managers and technical staff to train and support roofing customers across the UK.
