Job Info: Manage delivery of sheeting and cladding contracts from receipt of order through to completion, ensuring quality, health & safety, programme, and profitability targets are met or exceeded. Monitor daily site progress, induct and manage sub-contractors and direct labour, produce comprehensive weekly reports (H&S, quality, scaffold inspections, site visits), and maintain strong client relationships. Plan project logistics, identify variations, conduct toolbox talks, measure completed works for valuations, and work towards zero snagging targets.
Requirements:
- Proven contracts supervisor experience specifically in sheeting and cladding within the roofing refurbishment sector
- Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
- Excellent communication abilities for liaising with clients, sub-contractors, and internal teams with a thorough understanding of H&S legislation and site management
