Supervise commercial flat roofing refurbishment contracts from start to finish. Oversee subcontractors, monitor programme and budgets, enforce health & safety, liaise with clients, and ensure quality standards are met across multiple projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience supervising roofing projects (flat roofing preferred).
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Knowledge of health & safety compliance with good client-facing ability.
