Client: Established roofing systems contractor specialising in commercial and industrial roofing solutions. This reputable company operates across multiple sites and maintains high standards of health & safety excellence whilst delivering quality roofing projects. Known for commitment to employee development and maintaining externally audited management standards.

Job Info:

  • Drive continuous improvement of health & safety across all operations whilst ensuring legislative compliance and developing policies and practices.
  • Conduct risk assessments, method statements, site inspections, and incident investigations.
  • Provide training courses, safety meetings, and presentations to staff at all levels.
  • Split time between head office and site visits in all weather conditions, working at heights and liaising with relevant authorities.
  • Compile statistics, write reports, and maintain external audit standards whilst supporting management on legal compliance matters.

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) with Chartered Membership of IOSH (CMIOSH) either held or close to obtaining.
  • Credible health & safety experience including operations, project management, and CDM (Construction Design and Management) knowledge.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and training abilities with good head for heights and flexible approach to working hours.
