Job Info:
- Drive continuous improvement of health & safety across all operations whilst ensuring legislative compliance and developing policies and practices.
- Conduct risk assessments, method statements, site inspections, and incident investigations.
- Provide training courses, safety meetings, and presentations to staff at all levels.
- Split time between head office and site visits in all weather conditions, working at heights and liaising with relevant authorities.
- Compile statistics, write reports, and maintain external audit standards whilst supporting management on legal compliance matters.
Requirements:
- NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) with Chartered Membership of IOSH (CMIOSH) either held or close to obtaining.
- Credible health & safety experience including operations, project management, and CDM (Construction Design and Management) knowledge.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and training abilities with good head for heights and flexible approach to working hours.
