The Externals Group is working with a well‐established industrial roofing and cladding contractor based out of the West Midlands. We are currently seeking an experienced contracts manager who will oversee and ensure the successful delivery of roofing or cladding projects from initiation to completion.

As a contracts manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the success of the projects. Your role involves direct oversight of contract execution, ensuring compliance with both timelines and budget constraints, and maintaining the highest levels of quality and safety.

A Day in the Life

  • Manage and oversee multiple roofing projects located throughout the Midlands & the South, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth project progression.
