Based in our HQ (Hamilton - Scotland, UK), you will build the marketing engine behind a multi-million-dollar talent platform for the US Commercial Roofing Industry. You are not joining a marketing department; you’re building a commercial influence engine behind a company reshaping how construction groups scale across America. You will enable our transition from Roofing Talent America into Talent America Corp, a multi-vertical talent operating company expanding from roofing into HVAC, electrical, fire protection, commercial construction, and more.

You will have direct ownership of pipeline generation, brand authority, and enterprise positioning, working directly with our founder and senior leadership team. You will have established marketing suppliers at your disposal including our videographer, social media agency, and brand partners across the U.S.

Your Role:

  • Build and own cold outbound processes, targeting private equity firms and PE-backed construction platforms
  • Develop strategies for social selling and LinkedIn campaigns aligned to enterprise targets and company branding
  • Lead SEO for website, copywriting refinement and conversion optimisation
  • Design follow-up systems and sequences to increase booked enterprise calls
  • Manage external marketing supplier relationships including videography and social media partners to align commercial objectives
  • Steer marketing strategy directly to multi-year embedded contract growth
  • Be accountable for pipeline quality, not engagement metrics

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years building and owning B2B lead generation engines
  • Proven experience running cold outreach campaigns designed to generate enterprise-level opportunities
  • Experience in directing external marketing suppliers or agencies
  • Strong commercial literacy and understanding of revenue metrics
  • Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously in a founder-led environment
