The Role
We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to support the General Management Team in delivering impactful marketing and customer engagement initiatives. This is a hands-on role combining digital marketing, content creation, and strategic support to drive brand growth across NI and ROI markets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow social media channels with engaging content Create photo and video content to support campaigns Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns Assist with website updates and SEO improvements Monitor performance and report on campaign results Maintain CRM (HubSpot) and support customer engagement Conduct market research and support marketing strategy execution What Youll Need Essential 2+ years experience in digital marketing Strong knowledge of social media, SEO, and content tools (e.g. Canva) Proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent communication, creativity, and attention to detail Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in a team Right to work in the UK and full driving licence Desirable Experience creating digital content (websites, blogs, etc.) Knowledge of SEO and marketing tools/AI Experience with design software (e.g. Photoshop) Package & Benefits Competitive salary Hybrid working (3 days office-based) Company pension, on-site parking, and events Professional development opportunities Supportive, fast-paced environment with real impact Hours: MondayFriday, 9am5pm (37.5 hrs/week) Key Dates Closing Date: Sunday 17th May 2026
