Role Description
This is a part time role requiring 2/3 days on-site for a Human Resources Executive based in Leicester. The Human Resources Executive will oversee HR management and operations, maintain effective employee relations, and implement HR policies. Daily responsibilities include handling recruitment, onboarding, and compliance while fostering a positive work environment. The role also involves addressing employee concerns and aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals to drive overall success.
Qualifications
