As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dedicated Material Supply Co-ordinator to join our friendly and fast-paced team. Role Overview As a Material Supply Co-ordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of stock through our supply chain. You will work closely with suppliers, the warehouse, and the customer service team to maintain stock accuracy, optimise inventory levels, and ensure on-time deliveries. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate supply of roofing and building materials from multiple suppliers, ensuring purchase orders are placed and lead times are adhered to. * Maintain accurate records using inventory management systems. * Liaise with suppliers to ensure product availability and resolve issues. * Resolve customer service queries. * Chase through quotes in a timely fashion. * Identify opportunities to gain repeat custom and act upon. What We’re Looking For * Experience in supply chain or materials coordination (ideally in construction/DIY/retail but not essential). * Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. * Confident communicator, both written and verbal. * Comfortable using inventory software and Excel. * Proactive and able to work independently and in a team. * A good understanding of roofing or building materials (preferred, not essential). * A sales background.
