We’re looking for an Operations Support Manager to join our team and play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations and driving business performance. The Role - As an Operations Support Manager, you will:
- Support the Operations Director and field team
- Maintain and develop communication tools, including the company intranet
- Produce reports and analyse data to support senior management decision-making
- Lead and develop the customer care function and team
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across both office and field teams
- Work collaboratively with internal departments and external partners
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational databases
- Produce regular reports and performance insights
- Analyse data to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Ensure systems meet business needs and remain compliant
- Manage customer care and service delivery
- Monitor SLAs and customer satisfaction metrics
- Present performance updates and insights to senior management
