We’re looking for an Operations Support Manager to join our team and play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations and driving business performance. The Role - As an Operations Support Manager, you will:

  • Support the Operations Director and field team
  • Maintain and develop communication tools, including the company intranet
  • Produce reports and analyse data to support senior management decision-making
  • Lead and develop the customer care function and team
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across both office and field teams
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments and external partners

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational databases
  • Produce regular reports and performance insights
