We are looking for a motivated and experienced Ecommerce National Account Manager to lead our e-commerce sales and elevate our online home delivery services to the next level. Role Overview

The Ecommerce National Account Manager is accountable for the ECommerce channel for Shop n Drive. The Ecommerce channel needs to match the store promotional strategy, be presented in a compelling way and managed operationally to maximise orders and minimise rejections. The role has one direct report: the ECommerce Category Analyst. The ECommerce Category Analyst is responsible for maintaining the ECommerce operation for Shop n Drive driving all related KPIs and supporting the Shops team with data analysis across the full portfolio of categories. The successful candidate will need to be exceptionally organised, great at communicating across all levels within the organisation, and possess advanced analytical capabilities. At all times, they will uphold the Rontec values in the most professional manner.

Key Activities

  • Responsible for the upkeep of various reports linking to online including weekly and monthly KPI performance.
  • Management and development of the ECommerce offering; including Menu development, KPIs and forward-thinking strategy.
  • Manage Quarterly meetings with the Home Delivery partners, taking accountability for agenda, content and delivering next steps.
  • Devise and lead projects, trials and reports to help with the development of the Ecommerce channel.
  • Challenge and renegotiate commercial terms to enhance KPIs for the overall business.
  • Communicate and liaise with the Category Managers, Retail & Operations team to ensure that periodic processes and ad hoc projects land as per the agreed critical path.

Ecommerce Category Analyst Manager:

  • Delivery of the ECommerce offering; including Menu platforms, KPIs and resolving store queries.
  • Manage and develop direct relationships with the various app brand partners/aggregators (Deliveroo, Just Eat & Uber).
  • Ensure competitive pricing and promotional updates are live across all Menus/apps.
  • Devise and deliver a portfolio of analytical reports to support the wider Retail team, the Head of Category, Retail Director or any projects currently taking place.

Accountabilities:

  • Ensure that a fully functioning Ecommerce platform is in place.
  • Ensure that reporting is delivered on time.
  • Ensure that seasonal offers are launched and removed in conjunction with the store trade plan.
  • Ensure that all products have an image and are live on all 3 partner sites, except where partner policy contravenes this.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality, working internally and externally.

To be successful in the role, you should have:

  • Previous ECommerce Management experience working within a food retail environment.
  • High level of numerical and data analytical skills and a good practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, IF and Average formulas).
  • Ability to think strategically, show initiative and creativity.
  • Strong motivational and communication skills.
  • Commercially aware and driven by targets and objectives.
  • Ideally educated to degree level.
