Project Managers at RONIN International act as the single point of contact between our clients' multimarket research projects and RONIN's operational teams and fieldwork partners to ensure that projects exceed client expectations and result in fruitful ongoing partnerships.

Core Duties

  • Primary Client Contact from project initiation through completion.
  • Fieldwork Liaison ensuring clear and consistent communication during the fieldwork phase.
  • High‐Quality Data Collection across all projects, upholding industry standards.
  • Obstacle Identification early on or as they arise and proactively providing effective solutions.
  • Internal Coordination to meet project milestones and deadlines efficiently.
  • External Partner Collaboration during the fieldwork stage.
  • Client Support addressing any challenges encountered during field operations.
  • Deadline and Budget Management while keeping the project within the allocated budget.
  • Questionnaire Testing and ensuring survey design follows best practices, collaborating closely with internal scripting and data processing teams.
  • Client Objective Alignment with best practices, replicating preferred ways of working where necessary.
  • Project Mix Handling of qualitative and quantitative projects, including online, CATI, and digital platforms.

Other Duties

  • Internal Kick‐off Meetings with clients and teams to align on objectives and expectations.
  • Internal Briefings Leadership to ensure all team members are fully informed about project goals, tasks, and timelines.
  • Sampling Method Understanding to ensure accurate and reliable data collection.
  • Project Budget Management including monitoring costs and outsourcing to stay within financial limits.
  • Quality Standard Compliance with all relevant market research quality standards and regulations throughout the project.

  • Relevant role specific qualifications (e.g degree in project management or business administration).

  • Experience in building and maintaining effective working relationships.
  • Proven track record of successful project management experience.
  • Competent user of Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work well with others.
  • Takes ownership of tasks and responsibilities, and is accountable for their outcomes.
  • Ability to manage client expectations and maintain client satisfaction.
