Project Managers at RONIN International are hands-on, versatile individuals that operate as the single point of contact between our clients’ multimarket research projects and RONIN’s operational teams and fieldwork partners to ensure that our projects exceed clients’ expectations and result in fruitful and ongoing partnerships.
Our approach is based on having resourceful, independent, switched-on, tenacious, problem-solving orientated and proactive members of staff. The Project Manager role would require the successful candidate to shadow and support a more senior member of the team to quickly learn company processes and gain a strong understanding of the market research industry. Market research can be a fast-paced environment that goes from large scale straightforward studies to highly specialised boutique projects; interpersonal & organisational skills are essential to adapt around daily challenges.

CORE DUTIES- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients from the initiation of a project through its completion.
- Acting as the main liaison for clients during the fieldwork phase of the project, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Maintaining and ensuring high-quality data collection across all projects, upholding industry standards.
- Identifying potential obstacles to project delivery early on or as they arise and proactively providing effective solutions.
- Coordinating internal teams and departments to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met efficiently.
- Managing communication and collaboration with external partners and vendors during the fieldwork stage of the project.
- Delivering strong, value-added support to clients, addressing any challenges encountered during field operations.
- Ensuring all client deadlines are met while keeping the project within the allocated budget.
- Overseeing the testing of questionnaires and ensuring survey design follows best practices, collaborating closely with the internal scripting and data processing teams.
- Ability to adapt the client objectives with our best practices and ensure projects are delivered according to the client objectives.
- Handling a diverse mix of qualitative and quantitative projects, including those conducted online, via Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI), and through digital platforms.
- Participating in internal kick-off meetings with clients and internal teams to align on project objectives and expectations.
- Leading internal briefings to ensure all team members are fully informed about project goals, tasks, and timelines.
- Gaining a thorough understanding of sampling methods and project requirements to ensure accurate and reliable data collection.
- Managing the project budget effectively, including monitoring costs and overseeing any outsourcing to stay within financial limits.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant market research quality standards and regulations throughout the project.

- Experience in building and maintaining effective working relationships
- Proven track record of successful project management experience
- Competent user of Microsoft Excel

- Proficiency in data collection software and tools.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly
