About the Role
Our global CATI presence allows us to engage with diverse markets and demographics through conversations led by our expert Telephone Interviewers. With this capability, we reach respondents across geographical boundaries, ensuring research insights are globally relevant.
Each month, we conduct thousands of interviews with consumers and B2B audiences, focusing on ‘Hard-to-Reach’ groups such as high-calibre professionals, senior management, scientists, specialists, policymakers, KOLs, and other top-tier opinion leaders.
We currently operate three CATI locations globally, with over 200 interviewers covering 32+ languages. Join us as our team grows, we offer a dynamic environment with flexible working hours and ample career development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Conduct telephone interviews using CATI methodology.
- Engage with people from various backgrounds to collect valuable insights.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Confident interpersonal and communication skills.
- Native language proficiency with good English skills.
- Perseverance.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Good computer literacy and attention to detail.
- Previous market research experience is a plus but not required.
