At Rondanini UK, we are experts in developing chilled and ambient food solutions for top grocery retailers and foodservice groups.
Location: Herne Hill, London (Hybrid)
Salary: £28,000
Working Pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm (1-hour lunch break)
Contract Type: Full-time, 12-month FTC

We are now looking for a highly organised and detail-focused HR Administrator to join our HR team and support the delivery of a high-quality, responsive HR service across the Group.
About the role: As HR Administrator, you will provide accurate, timely, and efficient HR administration and coordination, forming the backbone of our operational HR delivery. You will be responsible for maintaining employee records and HR systems, supporting onboarding and recruitment administration, and ensuring processes are delivered consistently and to a high standard. Working closely with the Senior HR Business Partner, HR Advisor, and Payroll, you will help ensure that all HR functions are supported by strong administrative foundations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- HR Administration and Records Management
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date employee records and documentation
- Ensuring personnel files are complete, consistent, and audit-ready
- Supporting recruitment processes from advert to offer
- Coordinating interviews, paperwork, and candidate communications
- Coordinating onboarding and induction processes for new starters
- Supporting training administration and maintaining accurate records
- Updating HR systems and trackers with accurate and timely data
- Supporting reporting through clean, well-maintained HR information
- Acting as a first point of contact for routine HR queries and requests
- Logging and escalating queries appropriately where needed
- Supporting HR initiatives, engagement activity, and site coordination
- Providing general administrative support to the HR team
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience in HR administration, people operations, or a similar administrative role
- Understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle
- Experience maintaining accurate records, HR systems, and administrative trackers
- Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training processes
- Experience or familiarity with payroll processes and systems is desirable
- Comfortable working with HR systems, databases, and spreadsheets
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Well-organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication
- Confidence using HR systems, spreadsheets, and document templates
- Ability to follow processes consistently while meeting deadlines
- Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information
