Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent

Location: Cheshunt

Reporting To: Commercial & Systems Director

Working Hours:

  • The role operates on a rota basis, with a requirement to work 2 Sundays in every 4-week period.
  • Standard Working Week: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 9:00am – 6:00pm, with a 1-hour break each day.
  • Sunday Working Week (2 in every 4 weeks): 40 hours per week, Sunday to Thursday from 9:00am – 6:00pm, with a 1-hour break each day.

Please note that there may be some flexibility around the start and finish times for the successful candidate, subject to business needs and mutual agreement.

The Role:

As a Fulfilment Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, managing customer enquiries, and supporting the smooth operation of our order fulfilment processes. Working closely with teams across the business, you will help deliver an excellent customer experience while supporting the continued growth of our e-commerce operations.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Processing customer orders accurately and within agreed deadlines.
  • Managing customer-specific ordering portals and processes.
  • Supporting customer enquiries, order issues and delivery queries.
  • Monitoring and resolving integration issues between NAV, Magento and Podfather.
  • Creating and maintaining customer accounts within NAV.
  • Investigating and resolving customer service and sales administration issues.
  • Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Providing general administrative support to the Sales team.
  • Supporting a positive customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Undertaking any other reasonable duties as required by the business.

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and work to deadlines.
  • A proactive, flexible and team-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) is desirable.
  • Previous experience within a customer service, fulfilment or food industry environment is advantageous.
  • 1-3 years customer service experience is desirable.
