The Role:
You'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of IT operations while driving improvements across infrastructure, security, and systems. You'll act as the go-to person for all things IT, ensuring everything runs smoothly, securely, and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and hardware
- Oversee Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Microsoft 365)
- Ensure network performance across firewalls, routers, and switches
- Lead on cybersecurity, implementing best practices and responding to threats
- Manage cloud services and support ongoing digital improvements
- Own IT policies, procedures, and compliance standards
